Todd Hegerle

Todd has been the owner of Able Fence since 1992. After serving in the U.S. Navy, Todd started Able Fence. With over 40 years of experience in the fence industry, Todd is able to recommend many different fence solutions to our customers. Despite the success of Able Fence, Todd never thinks of it as a large company. To him, quality suffers if an owner is not present on every job.

With this mindset, customer satisfaction has been the top priority of Able Fence since 1992. With the addition of Jesus and Robert as co-owners in 2016, this principle is shared throughout our company. As a customer, you will deal exclusively with one of our owners. This ensures your fence project is done the way you would like. 

Jesus Tovar

Jesus started as an employee of Able Fence in 2008. His hard work, dedication, and loyalty led to him becoming an owner in 2016. Jesus continues to excel in customer relations.

As the only bilingual member of our team, he ensures that our Spanish-speaking customers feel comfortable and secure with Able Fence. His knowledge of the fence industry and experience gives our customers many options for their next fencing project.

In his spare time, Jesus likes to take his wife and three children on fun and relaxing beach vacations.

Robert McDougald

Robert has been an owner of Able Fence since 2016. He has 25 years of experience in welding and fabrication. Robert was a welding instructor for eight years at a local high school. His attention to detail, professionalism, and can-do spirit make him a vital member of Able Fence.

When our customers want something different or custom, Robert is our man to figure out the best solution. Robert enjoys camping and outdoor activities with his wife and daughter.

Harry Diamond

Harry grew up in Tucson, AZ and worked for Able Fence during the summers of high school. He eventually became a full-time employee. He left Able Fence to join the U.S. Navy.

After serving four years, he remained in Virginia for an additional eight years before circling back to Tucson. He re-joined the Able Fence team as an owner. Harry enjoys spending time with his three boys, watching them grow up and giving them as many fun new experiences as possible.

David Castillo

David is an essential member of Able Fence. David has 18 years of artistic and custom welding fabrication experience and loves his work. This makes him a valuable asset to us.

David comes from a family of hard-working Americans, all of whom live in Tucson, AZ. David enjoys family camping, riding quads, and riding dirt bikes. David has one daughter, two sons, and an amazing wife, and he is grateful to be part of the team at Able Fence.
